Falanghina is an antique grape variety whose origins date from 2 centuries. This white aromatic grape variety has found its best expression in the area of Benevento. Lila is the result of the vinification of pure Falanghina grapes.

Production area: vineyards located on the hills of Ponte, in the area of the Falanghina of Benevento.
Soil type: clay-like and chalky
Vinification: grapes are hand-picked and immediately pressed. After a cold decantation, the must is fermented at low temperature. The wine is then left to age in stainless steel
barrels on thin lees. Maturing continues in the bottle for a further 2 months.
Organoleptic profile: Color: a light straw yellow. Nose: sweet fruity aromas such as apple and pineapples. Mouth: the wine is round, aromatic, persistent with a well-balanced acidity.
Food pairing: ideal with fresh cheeses, cold appetizers , soup and pasta with fish fish. Excellent with fruit salad.
Serve at a temperature of 8 -10 °C
