On the traces of an ancient and noble vine Masseria Campito has produced the Asprinio of Aversa DOC wine, a typical product of the province of Aversa.
Campito uses the most modern techniques of cultivation with constant care for the earth, in fact their vineyard has a biological cultivation. Their 6 hectares are cultivated with the most modern system called “a spalliera” that allows the best management of the earth.
The pruning system used by the company is called ” a Guyot”, where every year the grapevine renews the shoot from which the wine grapes have origin.
A variation of the “Guyot”, called “double upside-down”, is used for the grapes used to produce the sparkling wine.
