La Mozzarella d’oro is a cheese factory located on the beautiful hills in Cerreto Sannita, near Benevento, Campania region, in the south of Italy.
The story of La Mozzarella d’ Oro began in 1986, when Cenicola Vittorio moved from Venezuela in Cerreto Sannita, Benevento, his origin town, bringing with him the idea of creating an artisan dairy factory.
In these hills lie the grass lands that make up the natural food for their herds, from which derives the quality of their milk, with which they produce a variety of buffalo and milk cheese products.
